Installation guide for dust removal filter bags

The installation steps for the filter bag are as follows:

1. Firstly, ensure that the flower plate holes of the dust collector are clean and neat, and prepare the necessary tools for installation (such as rubber hammers, etc.)

2. Install the filter bag in the flower board hole

 Grasp the groove shaped cushion spring ring tightly with both hands (without pulling up the filter bag), and press the spring ring ring inward with both hands to form a "C" shape. While keeping the spring ring in a "C" shape, place the raised side of the groove shaped spring ring to the nearest flower plate hole edge. Hold one side of the already installed raised "C" shaped spring ring with one hand, and fix the raised "C" shaped ring to the edge of the flower board with the other hand.

 Fix one side of the raised "C" spring ring with one hand, and slowly spread the other side of the spring ring with the other hand. Insert the groove of the spring ring exactly into the flower plate hole.

If you cannot hear a "snap" sound when the spring ring is fully extended, use one hand's female finger to push the spring ring towards the inner edge of the plate opening, so that the groove of the spring ring fits perfectly into the inner edge of the flower plate hole.

3. Cage bone installation

 Connect the cage bones in sections, then place them flat and vertically inside the filter bag. The head of the cage bone bag should cover the head of the filter bag. (Please refer to the pre - and post installation drawings above for details)

4. Connect the spraying pipeline and cover plate properly

After the installation of the filter bag and cage bone is completed, connect the spraying pipeline and ensure that the spraying port is perpendicular to the filter bag port, with a positive and negative deviation of less than 3mm

After the installation of the above items is completed, cover the dust removal covers of each room and ensure that they are tightly sealed to prevent air leakage.

At this point, the installation of filter bags and cage bones has been completed!
